More than 4 in 10 young Americans under 30 are barely getting by financially—with non-college youth and women are hit the hardest. These financial struggles are not hitting all of Gen Z equally.
Teenagers and young people in Houston face significant challenges, including a mental health crisis with rising anxiety, depression, and suicide ideation. Emergency department visits for psychiatric issues among Houston children have risen by 800% in recent years, with over 400–450 youth seeking crisis help monthly. Recent trends include dangerous "teen takeovers" at shopping centers, increased bullying, and high rates of juvenile justice system involvement.
Many young people today do not have the basic understanding of how real-life works. They need sound knowledge on how to prepare for interviews, how money works, how to network with people, how to solve problems, how to manage their emotions, how to lead others, and how to make life-changing partnerships.

We are a community nonprofit organization, driven with the mission to provide teenagers and youths’ between the ages 16-28 alternative choices to vice by equipping them with transferable life soft skills through group learning. This exposure will foster self-realization, economic empowerment, create hope and change.
We use theatre not just as a tool to entertain, but to have meaningful conversations about issues in our community.
We invite you to join us as we inspire young minds and talk about what really matters.
