Our Mission
We aim to provide an alternative to negative influences for those ages 16–28 through immersive group learning. By focusing on transferable soft skills, we equip participants to move beyond mere survival toward economic empowerment.
We achieve this change by providing development learning on Leadership intelligence (Li), Team-member intelligence (Ti), Emotional intelligence (Ei), Financial intelligence (Fi), People-relations intelligence (PRi), Business intelligence (Bi), Negotiation intelligence (Ni), Character management (CM) Critical thinking (CT), Problem Solving (PS) and Art-Therapy.
