  • Create and post pictures, videos & flyers highlighting the organization's activities and solid online presence- by running social media advertising campaigns for the organization.

  • Research and monitor the way users interact with the various social media platforms, to help the organization predict future social media trends.

  • Collect and analyze data to know social media trends to recommend & create new working strategies. Making a note of posts that perform poorly and finding evidence and how to improve the outcome.

  • Manage the Organization's website and back-end integration. 

  • Create an effective social media policy. This document will outline how members, leaders and the organization and its employee should conduct themselves online.

  • Communicate and brainstorm with other team members to create the best social media post.

  • Partner with the Coordinator to provide constructive criticism on video contents & graphic designs to help them make improvements.

  • Keep abreast of current pop culture to better understand user behavior.

  • Coach team members organization-wide on content creation best practices.

  • Implement any other tasks as assigned. 

  • Report to the State Coordinator and the Leadership of the Organization.
